Julie is an experienced home manager having spent more than 15 years in the care sector. After starting her care career as a therapeutic carer, Julie managed a domiciliary care service for five years before moving into care home management.
Prior to joining our Brooklands team, she gained a wealth of management experience, holding the registered manager position at a number of local care homes in Norfolk.
Julie’s passion is nurturing our team, supporting them to succeed in their chosen roles whilst together creating a home from home for our treasured residents.
When she’s not at Brooklands, she loves to spend time with her grandchildren and family, walk Teddy her Jack Russell puppy, go to the theatre and travel.
