🌟 What a fantastic day at Brooklands Care Home! 🌟

Our residents started their morning with a burst of energy thanks to Joe's invigorating fitness exercises! Nothing like some morning movement to get the day started right!

In the afternoon, things got wonderfully creative and experimental with Catherine leading an art session that sparked imagination and joy. 🎨✨

But that's not all! Our lovely ladies had the opportunity for some personalized attention with Marcin in 1-1 sessions, making sure everyone felt valued and cared for.

And to top it all off, a delightful treat awaited our residents as they enjoyed bowls of ice cream in the garden, soaking up the sunshine and each other's company. 🍨☀️

We looked through a reminiscence box on Gardening this afternoon on Treetops, the residents loved looking at the seeds, magazines, garden gnome and garden utensils and talking about their own gardens and what they grew in them.

Our residents started the day with a burst of energy and positivity thanks to an exhilarating Zumba session led by the amazing Sarah! 💃🎶 Laughter filled the garden as everyone danced and moved to the beat, creating beautiful moments of connection and joy.

It's heartwarming to see our community come together in such a vibrant and proactive way. Moments like these truly embody the spirit of Brooklands Care Home—where every day is an opportunity to celebrate life and wellness.
