As tomorrow is St George,s Day today on Treetops we made a Happy St George,s Day banner to put up on the wall to celebrate this important event on the calendar.
To start off the residents drew around a shield template onto white card and cut these out, a cross was then drawn onto each shield and the residents painted this red as per the St George cross, once dry the words Happy St George,s Day was written one word on each shield, red ribbon added and then hung in pride of place on the wall for all to see.

Today at Brooklands Care Home we had jigsaw puzzles 🧩 dominoes games, reading 📖 and exercises 🏃‍♀️all activities were chosen by our residents, all happening at the same time in the same room! Such fun 🤩
