To whom it may concern,
I feel the time is now right to contact you and congratulate you on how well your home Brooklands has changed my Mum’s life and mine. Mum moved to Brooklands around Oct/Nov 2016. She has been in care after a stroke since 2013.
We thought we had got her into the right place in another care home at first – how wrong we were. It was a very stressful time moving mum after almost 4years, but as a very protective daughter I would like you to know I am without doubt so happy with my Mum’s care from your lovely loving staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are all so happy and kind, and professional at the same time. Your nursing team are amazing keeping me in the loop with Mum’s meditation and are always very approachable should I have any questions. Julia is a wonderful lady.
Your home made our Christmas special as well as New Year. Mum is so happy and relaxed here, it’s taken a lot of pressure off of me and that’s amazing.
All in all you have one fabulous home here and I’m grateful my mum is part of it. It’s all too often to hear criticism and it’s easy for people to complain these days rather than praise, so this is why I’m sending this email to you because Brooklands is so bloody good.

To each and every one of you wonderful carers who look after my Mum, Hilda
With very special thanks for helping me to get Mum to her 100th amazing birthday! I couldn’t have done it without you.
With love and neverending thanks

To the staff and carers at Brooklands
I would like to thank you all for the wonderful kind care and attention you gave to my mother during her time with you. I left her here everyday when I visited with a feeling of calm as I felt she was safe and cared for.
Thank you again
